Certified Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Nia Instructor.
Carolyn is a former dancer with the Australian Ballet Company and an original cast member and dance teacher for the Australian production of 'The Phantom of the Opera'.
She brings this experience and a bubbling enthusiasm and regard to her Tai Chi and Nia - two practices which she knows will continue to deliver results, joy and health for many years to come.
"I love the depth of these practices. They influence and strengthen people on many levels. The way my students are able to enjoy greater confidence, be centred in their movements and have bodies that smile is just wonderful. I love when they tell me how they pass on little tips they've learnt in class to their friends. What we learn is just too good to keep to ourselves. It works and it's fundamental in securing us a balanced body, mind and spirit for now and for our future."
Carolyn is an MAIA Accredited Tai Chi Instructor, holds a Nia Blue Belt Certification and is a certified Shibashi Instructor.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is a mother of two boys.
