Certified Nia Instructor.

Carolyn is a former dancer with the Australian Ballet Company and an original cast member and dance teacher for the Australian production of 'The Phantom of the Opera'.  As a Nia Instructor, she can now share her passion for dance in a more holistic and honest fashion.

Carolyn holds a Nia Blue Belt Certification, and is the current Secretary for the Nia Australia Association.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is a mother of two young boys.
